I have a 2006 Honda 9.9 Long shaft on my 16' Angler. I find it takes up a little too much space, and is more hp than I want. Does anyone have a Honda 8hp long-shaft, in excellent condition, (preferably a 2006, but other years considered)?
Does any want a 2006 9.9 L-shaft in excellent condition!?

Please check first, but I think that the 8 and the 9.9 are the same block. The 6 is smaller and the 15 is larger. So to get a smaller Honda motor, you'd have to go to a 6 hp. Or try another brand. Tohatsu is a lighter motor, for example.
