If any water gets in thru the deck pipe or a windlass, it should drain out thru the bottom of the anchor locker. Most are on the port side, but it makes no difference.
There is no "leak" unless some one forgot to seal off the area between the anchor locker and under bunk--and water can then be trapped there, if it does not drain out the bottom of the locker. Some boats have to have the floor of the anchor locker faired and sealed so the water can drain properly _________________ Bob Austin
