I think they have burros along the shoreline in the San Jain arm on Navaho land. I don’t know how they taste though.

I saw lambs last year. Don't ask questions about what I bring to a potluck.

Make the run Mark. I have twice that far. lol. Finishing up some last minute packing tonight and on my way west tomorrow. If anyone wants my MMSI, it's listed in my profile here. Also, if anyone has an AIS receiver, I should show up as Midnight Flyer. (Or at least Midnight). At least when I'm running. I shut if off when anchored or docked for any length of time. And while I don't have time to look it up right now, I also have the C-Brat MMSI entered in my radio's group page. Colby

Chicken. They taste like chicken! (I mean, doesn't everything taste like chicken that we don't know about? Mr. Green ) BTW my wife and I finally figured out what I can bring to the potluck. Bean Salad. Something that can stay canned until time. Smile And it should go good with Mountain Goat or Burro, or whatever Mark finds. Mr. Green

Just a heads up they have been closing highway 6 because of fires. It is open right now but they might close it again. You can get a Utah DOT app for your phone that should show the status. As you get closer you might want to check. You can get around it by going to Provo to Heber and Duchesne and than to Price. Or south to I-70.

We will be launching on or around the 24th from Antelope. We will be slowly putting north until the weather gets to cold.

Hey Mark, still hope you make the mad dash. But I just realized I can't multitask responding when I'm tired and busy. I don't really have twice as far as you. More like 1500. 3 days anyway, but taking an extra day in Nebraska to visit friends and relatives! Mr. Green BTW, anyone know if they sale Block Ice at Bullfrog? Colby

There is ice at the gas station on the Bull Frog side, and maybe ice at the marina on the Halls side. The Ice is usually not that hard at Halls. Melts faster than normal in our experience.

Hanging at the RV Park at Bullfrog, just being lazy and relaxing after the drive. Will launch Monday morning.planning on heading up lake.

As of this post, it’s 100° and breezy. Some cumulus, but no build up.

I was told by the 911 Dispatch in Utah that in any state you can dial 511 on your cell phone and get DOT hiway information. I have tried it in WA, OR, ID and now UT and it worked. You will probably still have to resort to entering a number on the pad for access to the area or hiway you want info for though.

Wish you all a great and safe time. I just got home from Princess Louisa. Two weeks out, beautiful water, and some of it was under me. (Rain for too many days.Cry but the waterfalls were beautiful.
