I have run across a 2004 22 cruiser---not an angler---without the rear cabin bulkhead, just a drop cloth. The rest of the boat is standard cruiser layout.
I have not seen this layout before. Was this a factory option? _________________ Bill & Sherry C-25 sold 2020, next? |

I've seen that model in an older (2006ish) brochure. I think the did refer to it as an angler. _________________ "And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years." - Abraham Lincoln |

Have never seen that model in-person, it was probably a fairly rare option, but I checked out the boat you are looking at, looks like a nice clean cruiser for the price, even with the late model 2-stroke. The interior is not quite exactly like a normal cruiser - it appears to have a forward facing helm seat on the Port side, rather than the reversible dinette seat that the Cruiser has.
I did a search and found a couple of comments from Sea Wolf, posted around 2007 in this thread http://www.c-brats.com/viewtopic.php?t=6934 :
"They did make a Sport Fisher model of the Cruiser with a cut away rear bulkhead a few years ago, but have discontinued it. It had bench seats inside instead of the dinette and galley, probably best suited for charter fishing use."
Perhaps he or others will chime in with first-hand observations of this model.
