2006 22’ Cruiser EXCELLENT, EXTREMELY WELL EQUIPPED, $44k in Port Townsend, WA:

High-top 2006 model, ready to cruise to Alaska & back ~ just put aboard your food, bear-spray & fresh underwear.

Equipment:

Aluminum EZLoader double-axle trailer w/4 brand-new disc brakes, bearings & master cylinder (surge brakes); 5 nearly-new tires.

Lewmar electric windlass V700 w/45’ chain, properly spliced to 200’ brand-new 8-plait Yale rode, Delta anchor. (rode marked for depths)
Spare Bruce anchor, 10’ chain, 200’ rode, marked for depths; also Fortress aluminum Danforth type anchor, chain and rode in bag.

Twin 25-gal. factory nylon fuel tanks, Racor water-separator/fuel filter. (spare Racor and engine fuel filters aboard)

Twin Honda 40 hp outboards, 2006, 1300 hours on each very well maintained, fine running carefully used engines (normal Honda 40 lifespan is in excess of 3,000 hours) Serviced according to Honda’s schedule. Economical on fuel (see speed/consumption chart on the C-Dory website).

2 three-blade propellers (mounted) & 3 four-blade props.

Permatrims on both motors (greatly aids trim while preserving fuel economy).

Trim-tabs, Bennett, stainless steel elect/hydrol (zinked); work very well.

Bottom barrier coated & painted, 2015, Micron CF anti-fouling - proven excellent for mixed in-water & on-trailer use.

Raymarine C80 GPS/radar/sounder suite w/ chart cards for Northwest US & British Columbia and other waters, works perfectly.

Azimuth digital compass; Ritchie alcohol compass backup & spare

Standard-Horizon Matrix GX3000S VHF w/programable fog horn-hailer

Standard-Horizon hand-held VHF submersible model HX280S .

2 Deep Cycle house batteries plus two start-batteries (motorcycle batteries) all young

Wabasto AT2000S Diesel furnace w/ properly mounted welded aluminum tank and deck-fill (keeps Diesel stink out of boat, plus safe); furnace has two ducts delivering warm air to cabin sole at each end of cabin ~ you’re warm from feet up, not belly-button up as with heater-stoves. Also heats cockpit with camper-back in place.

C02 detector.

Windshield defrosters and stainless steel electric wipers port & starboard; opening center front window.

Articulated iPad bracket above helm (for pad with Navionics charts and Wagner’s digital guidebook, but I’m keeping my iPad).

Kenyon Kiss butane one-burner stove plus two-burner aluminum Coleman folding camp stove (easily used on handy cockpit table)

Plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses, utensils in custom built-in teak racks.

BIG Igloo 94 ice chest w/cushioned seating on top in cockpit. Keeps two blocks of ice 10 days-plus in summer. Reliable, and fuel docks have ice.

Teak book, chart and instrument racks.

Additional SS grab-handles inside and on coach roof eyebrow, make moving about the boat inside & out far safer, especially in a seaway.

Ports-Potty, sanitized, w/ plenty chemical treatments & fanny-ribbon aboard for long cruise.

Swim platform & ladder aft, plus over-the-rail boarding ladder.

30 Amp shore power cord & on-board outlet w/breaker.

Solar panel & controller - keeps batteries charged indefinitely without shore-power or running engines.

2 electric bilge pumps, automatic, one at transom, one in sump forward of cockpit.

All L.E.D. lights throughout cabins, plus anchor light.

All-glass cockpit door in aluminum frame.

3 Fire Extinguishers (dry chemical)

Stainless steel radar arch (tall) w. rod holder. Seventeen-inch clearance allows dinghy or kayaks on roof to extend aft under the arch.

6’6” headroom.

Safety harness & tether.

Life Jackets galore including children’s.

Lifesling - man-overboard retrieval system, plus two throwable floating cushions, CG-approved. (boat easily passes annual CG inspections).

Hand-held spotlight & two machined-aluminum flashlights.

Ditch bag - fill as you see fit .

6 Fenders

Nearly new Sunbrella camper-back with brand-new custom snap-on Sunbrella privacy covers for all windows. (see photo below)

Full snap-in & roll-up inside-the-cabin Sunbrella privacy curtains.

Brand-new Sunbrella cushions w/ new foam in saloon.

Bug screens for door, windows and Bomar hatch - also black-out screen for forward hatch above bunk.

U.S. & Canadian flags on bespoke staffs.

Extra padding in in 6’6” V-berth, extra forepeak insulation curbs condensation.

Hinged bulkhead between chain-locker & berth.

Brand-new C-Dory factory watertight hatch covers aft protect batteries & switches.

Many spares - lines, trailer wheel bearings, hardware, filters, hoses, polishes, C-Dory fleece vests, caps, and more - too much to remember.

incredible library of Northwest & Canada cruising guides and area history, chart books and electronic charts on memory cards, manual navigation instruments, splicing tools, shackles, hooks, snaps, backups for backups, proper trailer-boat-&-motor washdown equipment, engine spares, etc. Too much to list again.
