A guy I work with is a part-time commercial boat owner. He keeps his boat down on the Oregon coast at Depo Bay. He told me about this site. Pretty useful site for learning some useful things.

good site and also sell the highly recommended butyl tape that Sunbeam states is better than other types

Ran across that site when I was building the IB Bartender, and gut checked his recommendations with experienced boat builders. All concurred: reliable, up to date advice. I never found anything to dispute that. Very well illustrated, and revised as needed.
A real gem.

LOL, same here, I clicked on the link this afternoon while at work, and next thing I knew I had spent an hour reading about deep cycle batteries, not getting any work done. Good stuff! |
