Oil Change Honda 50HP four stroke

Can some tell me when do I change the oil on the Honda 50HP, it is new motor, put it in water in May of this year have been using it for about 25hrs total.

Do I need to go to dealer or can I do it myself, also can I do it at the dock or do I have to remove it from the water.

It is at Southampton, NY in salt water, does anyone know of a dealer in the area.
