All,
At present, I have a total of 18 people who I know plan to attend the brewery dinner. I have created a list of attendees in this Google Doc . I need to provide an accurate count to the Taproom so they can prepare the food and they have asked that I pay in advance. So:
1) Check and see if your name is on the list.
2) If you've sent a check to me and don't see you marked as paid, that's OK, I probably just haven't rec'd it yet. I haven't yet deposited any checks I rec'd as I was using the check to keep track of who paid prior to creating this Google doc.
3) If you plan on attending and don't see your name on the list, contact me ASAP via PM or in this thread (preferably by PM). Tell me how many will attend and I'll send you info on how to send me a check.
4) At present, I have 4 who definitely need rides and 2 others who would like a ride. That's not enough to merit renting a van. I can take the 4 if I take my truck and wedge my wife into the middle of the front seat, but it would be useful if one or more can volunteer to pick a couple of people up.
If I don't hear from you, you'll be able to attend but you'll have to buy your own food from the bar downstairs at the Taproom. I'll probably pay for a few extra, but won't be able to cover everyone if a large number plan on attending and don't pre-pay.
Best,

Thanks Roger. Got a menu or how do we (can we) select? No problem if it's fixed, just curious.

Any slideshow planned?
Does anyone have a great set of photos from a recent boat trip?
I have mostly kayaking/coast hiking photo sets from 2014 that don't completely relate to C-dory use.

Bringing some info forward: as a reminder.
Quote: | Well the first event of this CBGT is confirmed. Once again we will be doing a dinner at the Snoqualmie Brewery and Taproom. This event will take place on Friday, Jan 23rd from 5-9PM. The cost will be $15 for the meal. In the past few years, I've had a hard time getting firm numbers to the taproom in time for them to adequately prepare due to uncertainties in who was and wasn't coming.
For now, mark your calendars for Friday, Jan 23, 5-9PM.

It will be fixed. Pretty much the same stuff as last year but to tell you the truth, I can remember what that was. I'll get on the phone to the brewery tomorrow to clarify. |

Not at present. If you want though, I can bring a projector. |

Not having been there last year, that doesn't help. Did you find out? Joe and I have one seat left on a visit to see Dusty at Lunchtime on Saturday if someone wants to go with us up to Whidby/Oak Harbor.

Not sure what will be on the buffet menu, Roger can find out from Stacy. And I am thinking Stacy would be accommodating to add a few more people to the count as long as she knows even a day or two in advance. The Taproom can accommodate a lot more C-Brats in the private room upstairs, even a last minute decision to come, and you can order off the menu. I'll be there and glad to make recommendations about my favorites from the menu! _________________

I have an email into Stacy about the menu but I'll call her today to talk. I've guaranteed a few extra meals also that I'll cover out of pocket if no one else shows up who wants them. |
