The leak is at the seal of the glass to the frame.

Does the old seal caulking need to be removed and redone (GE Silpruf 2000?)

What is the process for resealing the glass? product? any pics of the process?

Another project on the list...

Is your hatch a Bomar/Pompanette? If so it may be the N2039-10A (in many 22's). Pompanette sell a new gasket for between glass and frame (and do recommend replacing it whenever replacing the lens). They also recommend a specific sealant.

There is more info in this thread, plus a way to contact them, check out serial number, etc.

(On my Bomar forehatch, the serial number is on the after edge of the frame, between the inside and outside of the deck, IIRC.)
