Well it finally happened. Today we actually took possession of our own CD-25 "Alexander". It arrived on a trailer from up north. Now we just have to get a trailer and swap cars to get something to tow it with, but in the mean time we already had a nice ride and anchored out as we explored the nooks and crannies. So far so good. Thanks to Robert of Lazy Pelican, Dr. Bob of Thataway , Jim & Joan of Wild Blue and all of the others that were nice and patient with my educational phase. Now the fun begins, (but that doesn't mean the dumb questions will stop). This is a great group and I appreciate the help. Thanks again, Bob |

The C-dory 25 is on of the greatest coastal cruiser going. You'll love it. It goes everywhere, on or off the trailer, you can be comfortable living on it and it's a seaworthy boat (though only 25') We've spent the last 2 months on Journey On up in Canada and we're still married and talking to each other.
Any truck with a big V-8 can tow that sucker, especially in Florida. You might try hydraulic/electric brakes.
