Anyone ever seen a 17' C Dory?
Seems rare. Just noticed it on Craigslist

Looks like some craftsmanship and real thought went into it. I'd be a buyer if I had a few extra bucks. What a hoot to run that around a lake. _________________ You can tell a man his wife is ugly, but never ever criticize his dog, his gun, his truck or his boat.

Great boat for the beach home owner. crabbing or fishing would be a blast in that boat. Or use it as a tow boat behind the mother ship. _________________ Thomas J Elliott

Yep - I think Bill needs this to tow behind the Nordic Tug. _________________ Roger on Meant to be |

I love this boat. It's more unique than my 14. I also think the price is reasonable given the newer motor and all of the custom wood work.
I keep coming back and looking at this one. Someone please buy it so I'm not tempted.

I really love this little boat too. Its like the c-dory answer to the little boston whaler montauk. The mahogony woodworking is absolutely gorgous and its even repowered with the same motor as the twins on our 22. Maybe i'd get a discount on water pumps and other parts with 3 honda 40s to work on?
Somebody really needs to buy this boat because my wife is not going to be happy if I bring this thing home. |

Jeez Bill, if you won't do it for yourself, you could at least help out Paul and Lyle! |

Shelley actually said she loved it too and asked if I was going to buy it. I'm over 3 hours away so hopefully someone will buy it before I can look at it.

Beautiful boat, windshield is reminiscent of some on the 21' Seafarer(Seaway). Love the look and feel of brightwork on a boat, but - endless work. _________________ Talk to me and I will listen-- but if its not about boats or fishing all I will hear is bla, bla, bla, yada, yada, zzzzzzzz |
