Clearly - with all the money they saved by buying a smart, fuel efficient CD-16, they were able to buy the house and property.

I love the fact its 10 Ft at low tide and they have a 16 which draws inches, isn't life funny

They've violated the primary home sale value rule. Never ever be the most expensive home in your area. Supposedly makes it harder to sell. I can't even afford the little 16!

Something tells me the CD16 is only used to get out to something that can't float in 10' of water.
