Would I use the Rocket Stove in my boat?
If I wanted to take that risk, I'd just start a bonfire in my engine well, setting it off with a couple of cups of gas from the tanks below.
For an on shore campfire and cooking, maybe; but to use on board a boat, no way!
BTW: Rocket Stove ≠ Rocket Science, IMHO.

Joe, This advertisement was presented by several sources that did not initially have the video attached and I posted without first viewing! The "stove" is clearly NOT SUITABLE for on-board use and I retract the comments made!!! |

Barry-
I wasn't sure if you were really proposing it as an option, or, more probably, just a tongue-in-cheek joke, once I saw the video!
Oh well, keep that guy's email address/phone number handy in case you ever just have a road kill moose to BBQ for dinner!
Or you could alway order a classroom set of the Rocket Stoves for lab work if you ever get to teach the class in Smokestack Design and Engineering 151-A & 151-B at MIT!
And, as a Final Solution to All Solutions, the Rocket Stove might just work as a Do-It-Yourself at Home Crematorium Project. (Sell patent to Lowe's?)
And that's all I have to say on that, at least for the next five minutes!
