First I want to thank Dr. Bob, for all his help and patience with my questions both on and off this amazing site. What a treasure!

Second I want to thank the group for answering my questions.

Third, I want to thank the members who graciously provided demo rides. Mike on SeaLife, and lastly Tim, and his wife who finalized the sale last night.

Thank you one and all!

Gratitude (Jim)

I am trilled that C-Pelican is destined for a new home and will continue to live in Southern California waters. The boat was never officially "on the market," so it is a testament to the power of this site and community of boat owners and potential owners. As our first real boat, C-Pelican and the 22' cruiser will always have a soft spot in our heart

Our C-Dory days, however, are far from over. We are in final negotiation for a 24' Tomcat located in Oakland, CA. This boat has showed up on this site previously and has been on the market on boattrader.com for about 5 months. It is loaded with numerous features and has nearly new 135 HP Hondas. WIth two growing kids, we are in need of some more sleeping space, since we spend most weekends on the boat at Catalina. When we finalize the purchase, I will post pictures here. It is the second 24' ever built and is in outstanding condition.

Tim
