Nice boat! Set up for day fishing, of course, which is the most natural use for a 19. Boat registration in photos is Florida (FL), but area code (509) on phone numbers to call is Eastern Washington State. Price is inviting! Like the dual fishing racks to hold rods and the incorporated tray/bait prep table over engine well. Excellent VHF radio, solar charging, etc. Won't last long! (Sorry if I sound like a salesman, just think its a nice offering! 
Seller might offer a few more written details of features, location, history, etc.

Regarding its location, the image that appears on the electronics picture is of Lake Wallula, located in northeastern Oregon and southeastern Washington along the Columbia River.

Sorry for the confusion. The boat is from Florida, but is now located in Kennewick, Wa. It had an owner who set it all up for fishing, his wife got ill and he never used it.
