Thank you for a delightful insight into the naming of not only that arch--but the "politics" of I suspect many names in the country....all over!

Makes me wonder maybe if we renamed it to say Bill & El Arch and got it printed in a few papers that the name might stick. Other places at Lake Powell like the Butt Cracks and the Hall of the marching Elephants I wonder how far they names date back and who were the first to name them. |
