i have an 1988 or so and there is no table. What year is your boat and is it indeed an angler or cruiser?

I don't think there ever was a standard table in a 16' cruiser. Some may have put on in after market but certainly the current line drawings of the 16 cruiser don't show a table.

I've been on a 2009 16 Cruiser that did come new with a table. If I remember correctly, it was molded fiberglass and fastened to the hull (outboard) (with two black thumb wheels?), between the portside seat and the v-berth. It looked a little bit like the swim platform on a 22 in overall construction style, but smaller, and had teak fiddles. Let me see if I have a photo, and if I do I'll come back and add it.

Edited to add: Okay, here are a couple of photos that show the 16 Cruiser table:

To the OP: Unless you got really lucky (someone selling one), I would think the only way to get the stock table would be to buy it from Triton (if that is possible; not sure whether they are building the 16 Cruiser). But maybe the photos will give you some ideas for making one.

Our 1999 16' C-Dory Cruiser (which I purchased new in '99) came stock (it was a standard feature) with a table ...same as pictured by previous poster. Photo number 9 on the first page of my album displays the table. Because of the manner in which it was attached to the port side it could be positioned fore and aft a few inches or could easily be removed.

OK - I stand corrected (twice in fact - just don't tell my wife, I'll never hear the end of it). Here's the image of Dave's table.

Roger, thank you for posting the photo. If you observe closely at the underside of the table where it is attached to the wall you can see 3 round knobs that have bolts that secure the table to the wall. If all 3 of those are removed then the table is free of the wall. If the desire is to move the table forward you can release the knobs and move the table forward so it is held by just two bolts or conversely move the table aft so it is held by the two aft bolts.

(BTW...YOUR SECRET IS SAFE WITH ME...I WON'T TELL YOUR WIFE)
