The Great Service List:
C-Brats - Bil and Mike > on my computer --- everything
Kitsap Marine - Matt > Port Orchard --- Trailer, Props and seatrial
EQ Marine - Les - > Coronet Bay, Whidby Island --- electical consulting
Roger's Marina - Jan and Marty K > Portland --- Electronic
WestMarine > Port Townsend, Friday Harbor and Portland --- most everything
Perko Lights > phone and I-net Anchor light switch to LED

Only a few bad times at some places that I hurried to forget.

We have had bad or non-existent customer service from:

Raymarine (before the FLIR takeover)

I have had very good service from marinebeam in Piedmont, SC. They are very fast and their nav LED bulbs are a simple plug replacement for incandescent bulbs.

I have recently been ordering electric wire etc from Greg's Marine Wire.
Great prices and delivery has been very fast, 2-3 days.

Over Thanksgiving, I placed an order with West Marine, and they were willing to Fed Ex it to another state for me to get while I was on the road.

Shipped at no extra charge and 2nd day to make the pickup date.

Thanks Port Townsend West Marine.

Another thumbs up for garmin. I called tech support last night and found they have a call center just a few miles away, in salem oregon. The lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And while trying to walk me through the updates for my 541 she finally just shipped me a SD card with the updates on it. Amazing.

Havn't had any experience personally but I'd like to add another check mark on the good side for Wefing Marine. I have learned a lot from their website and from Marc's posts here. I'm sure running a marina he has better things he could be doing than helping us.

I even learned more from their website about the Rosborough than from the company website here in Canada!

Regards, Rob

I'm sure we've all heard of Angie's List! This seems to be Barry's List! Mr. Green

Great job, lets keep it up, maybe we can sell it to MS or FB and make a Brat Bundle!

I'd add another check to Wefings. I bought the trailer for my Tomcat from Wefings. Mark was great to deal with on all aspects from purchase to delivery and beyond.

Best:

Gary Estes Mobile Trailer Service, Issaquah, WA

Gary has done so much for us, does it right, fair pricing and won't let us drive away until he is satisfied everything is exactly right. We will feel lost when Gary retires, which I hope is not any time soon.

Excellent:

West Coast Marine, Bellingham, WA

Pete charges a LOT but his service is the best, Gator is the best service manager, anywhere, period. They take good care of us.

Triton Marin, Ferndale, WA

They may not be doing the same stuff any longer, but Scott Boysen has gone the extra mile taking care of Daydream, installing our Webasto, our washdown system, and fixing my screw-up opening up the vee-berth. Major kudos to Scott!

THUMBS DOWN:

King Saltwater Trailers, who won't take calls or talk to owners of their products. These folks do not deserve your business, buy a FloatOn or just about anything else.
