What is the standard the height of the seat pedastals in a 16 angler? Is there such a thing as an insert that will allow for height afjustment? Thanks.

We have a 2005 16 Angler. Our seat post is 15.5 inches from floor to top of post.

I belive you can get different hight pedestal tubes, try West Marine. If you want to lower the hight can you cut yours?

I couldn't find them on the Sportco website but didn't try too hard. There seems to be a broad selection here, some are very expensive but not all of them. The ones made by Todd seem to be priced right for us.

Well, I just ordered a couple of the Todd pedestals that Charlie suggested . One is a 15 incher and one an adjustable, from 14 to 20 inches, I think. By the way, I visited the site which Charlie recommended as best price and then called my local West Marine and they matched the lowball on line price. So, Thanks Charlie. The C-Brats once again provided the information as well as a significant savings and I get to support a local business. Win, win. Thumbs Up
