Tom,
This could be a good deal for a C-Dory owner. Reason being that there is a "lip" at the entrance (for good reason) which means that most boats can only enter/leave at a 3 ft+ tide. If all goes well it will be dredged in the near future but.... you are limited. Today would not have been good !
We have a number of friends who live there and/or rent spaces there and have considered it ourselves but it is still a long (open water) way from the San Juans and /or points South.
