We were supposed to be on the boat in the Gulf Islands this weekend but my wife's dad just passed away so I am buffing the boat (Brutus) on my front lawn instead.
Just a heads up to anyone wanting to get into the C-Dory world--
As soon as the border opens up I will be listing "Bad Boy Brutus" in the for sale section. We originally bought it as a possible C-Dory for one of my boys but they have since bought their first house instead (imagine that!) So restoring Brutus ended up being a dad project mostly.
I've been working on it for over 2 years now. Details will come in about 1 month as borders open up. It will be a great beginner boat for someone. I installed a brand new transom and it has a 2012 E-Tec with just under 300 hours.
If you know anyone interested there are already a few pictures in my album detailing my work under "Brutus soon to be sold" In late June I will give a full list of what is included. Feel free to ask any questions in meantime. It will be listed at $18,900 US dollars. (Legal note-not sold in US waters. Sold in White Rock BC Canada)
Until then Val and I hope to do a few boat camps near Pender Island with it to enjoy the fruits of all my labour! As for the moment, I think I might go get a cold drink and rest my arms from all that buffing! It's time for me to get back to my own boat - 1988 Angler that has been is storage!
Don't you just love the ole Classics? This was the 10th C-Dory ever made!

Hi Sleepy C
Sent you two pm but not sure if they were actually sent as they are both in the "outbox" not the "sent" box. Does that mean they were actually sent?
Not sure??? |

Hi- Yes, they were sent. They stay in the' outbox' until they are actually picked up by the recipient. Then they are moved to the 'sent' box. _________________ MartyP
