I'm building a removable table to fit on the forward bulkhead of the motor well on our 1984 22 Angler. My problem is that the boat is 400 miles away. I need the thickness of the forward motor well bulkhead and the height of the top of the bulkhead off the cockpit sole.
If anyone has their older 22 CD at home and could get those two measurements it would be great.

That would be great. I plan to have the aft end of the table fit down over the motor well with a wooden u shaped yoke, and then I need the height for the table leg length.

Went down to my boat, its only about 5 minutes away:

Here are the measurements

Thickness of the forward motor well bulkhead wall = 7/8th of an inch...

Height of the top of the bulkhead from the cockpit sole = 25 and 5/8"

l measured it three times with a straight edge, that's the best i could do without proper measuring tool. These are my measurements from my boat, i cann't say that these measurements will be the same as your boat.

Hope this helps. Tug

Good job Tug. Probably close enough for the way most of us build things... Rolling Eyes Just make the legs a little longer, they can always be cut off but not the other way around Shocked

A great resource the Brats!

Charlie

Thanks so much Tug, that was exactly what I needed. And yes, I'll make the leg a bit long. The boat is up in Port Hardy on the north end of Vancouver Island, we live in Seattle and have a cabin on an island near Port Hardy, that's why I'm doing the project without the boat. We'll head up again next week and try out the table.
Thanks again!
