I have not been able to locate a diagram that shows the location of all the things that are below the deck in my CDory. I saw one for a Marinaut. It was just great. It showed where the water tanks, gas tanks, etc were located and would be very helpful if only it were for my CDory 25 (2009). Does anyone have any ideas on where I can find such a thing? I have done many internet searches, but no luck.

I doubt if any diagram exists. The boats have been made by several different companies in the last few years--and there have been some changes. There are also changes mid model year. Not like cars.

There was a wiring diagram for C Dory 25--I think in the technical section.

The early 25's had the holding tank aft and the water tank under the forward berth on the port side. The water tank was under the aft dinette seat along with the water pump.

I believe that your boat has the fuel tank under the cockpit, forward. Aft is the water tank. Water pump, may be aft there--or may be under the closet. The holding tank is under the head bowl, if it is one of the built in tanks with fresh water wrinse.

You should be able to find all of the systems by just looking. Then ask the group, if you are not sure what you have found.

Thank you "Thataway". I looked more closely and have found everything but the water pump.

Amanda, turn everything else off and turn on the water. You should be able to hear the water pump.

Bob,

At least on my verison of the 2005 CD25, the water tank is on the centerline under the v-berth with the fill on the gunwale just forward of the cabin. The pump is behind the water heater under the rear seat of the dinette and the plumbing runs from there under the closet, step, and floor of the head to come out in the galley cabinet on the way to the sink.

What he said. I know every inch of that plumbing on our 2005 (good vintage) and I bet there are others around here with intimate knowledge of your 09 model. Just figure out who they are and start sending the PMs or get on the phone or better yet come to a few gatherings and track them down! There was a recent thread about 25s and the various configurations and there are a few differences between the years and within the years as well.

Your water pump is likely in the stern near the water tank in that area under the splashwell. After I added a third center hatch to that region it felt like a whole new boat and I could finally see nearly everywhere.
