Hi All, just started my album and had to resize some pictures so they would load faster. Found a great little application that makes this task VERY easy:

Look for "Image Resizer".

I use it, too!
Very handy and thanks for posting the link.
My favorite Power Toy is Send to..... (the folder you select the folder) and accessed from the right mouse button
