I forgot to post the following:
1) I can be reached at rogerebumgarner (at) gmail.com or
2) On my mobile (206)790-5496 (except today as I forgot it at home)
3) There's a camper back on the boat (as seen in the above photos) but the canvas is approaching the end of its lifespan.
4) In addition to the recent rebuilding of the brakes and and packing the bearings (about $600 total cost) I also dropped about $1500 into gel coat repair. There's still a few minor nicks and scratches but no major breaks in the gelcoat. In particular, the cracking near where the bulkhead meets the gunwales (common on these boats) was expertly repaired by Scott's team at Triton (along with a few other spots).
5) Price is (of course) negotiable.

And worth every penny of that.

What a great deal, and a better than new boat.

Boy, Roger, this is almost tempting. I know how well you've equipped and maintained SeaDNA.

Well David, what do have to do to change it from almost tempting to actually tempting? Or in the words of a car dealer - "What do I have to do to put you in a new to you 22' C-Dory today?" Laughing

Thanks for the support guys. I've had a few nibbles including a 1 hour phone call with a prospective buyer on Mon. evening. Nothing solid yet though.

YES! But have some lookers.

No swim deck. There really isn't space for a swim deck on a 22 that is equipped with twin engines. I do have a "swim"/boarding ladder that attaches to either side of the gunwales and allows one to climb into the cockpit.

No, neither I nor the boat have any immediate plans to come to NY soon but there are ways to ship a boat in that direction. I bought a new to me C-Dory Tomcat from an owner on the east coast and paid a local guy (Cory of Sharp Yacht transport) to deliver it from Baltimore to me in Seattle. He's regularly driving boats to and from the Seattle area to south and east coasts.

Kenny, don't be so quick to pass up on Roger's fine vessel. It is possible to install a swim step on the transom of a 22' C-Dory with twins. Just take a look at my (Sea Shift) photo album and you will find several pictures of the swim step that Les at EQ Marine fabricated and mounted for me.
If you purchased Roger's vessel, you could then just trailer it up to EQ Marine in Coronet Bay and I'm sure Les could fix you up. The cost for the fabricate and install would be more than well offset by the amount of money you would save by purchasing the vessel.
Your chances of finding any 22' C-Dory with twins and a swim step are quite slim as only a "handful" of these vessels have been set up this way.

You could just add a Dive Ladder as we did. We have Twin 50's with the Dive Ladder on the port side. Works great for swimming off the boat - the boy's use it all the time.

If you want a CD22 with twins and swim platform - good luck.

Dave S has a small platform designed and built by Les Lampman on Sea Shift as seen below:
