Just returned from an excellent trip on the west coast but two days into the trip my fan on the wallas stopped working. With the hood flipped up the stove works normally but as soon as the hood is closed the stove shuts down. Anyone had the same problem? Thanks for the help. _________________ My dream boat has arrived! |

there is a switch on the back of the hood that gets corroded and burns up. you have to remove the unit, flip it over and remove a cover piece at the back to get to the switch. try replacing that your self. I had the same thing happen a few years ago but did not know about he switch. it cost some thing like $50 for the switch and $200 for the labor at scam marine. and not I did not misspell. _________________ Thomas J Elliott
