If I put this in Electronics, it will be wrong, if I put it here it will be wrong. Like I've said before give me a 50:50 chance and 90:10 I'll get it WRONG !

Anyway - the specs for the Garmin GFS10 state the MINIMUM flow rate of 2 GPH, I use ~ 1/2 of that. Does anyone have one of these installed - what is your experience ?

Yes,.... I too have hit some of the same right/wrong ratios.
Like one of the Rockerfella family said when asked how they learned to make good financial decisions.... his reply....by making some bad ones. Thumbs Up Crook

Humm.. so, about a $200 gizmo. You know you get 1gph-"ish"...
How many hours a year do you use your motor?
How long could you fuel your motor with that $200
Or, you could be just like me and like to know and watch... it is much better than TV.

Now on my Yamahas'.... the fuel flows in "burst" if you will to fill a secondary "bowl"...which then feeds the demanded amount ...which, makes quick, small fuel burn rates almost impossible. So, I am "forced" to cruise...for about 30 minutes...then take a total used... which, takes a few beverages, and, may offset any fuel savings I could have gained by knowing exactly how much I used.

Hummm. Lortabs after oral surgery. May be a good day to back away from the keyboard... or not.

Lortabs, now that's an IDEA, maybe I'll just go get a root canal so I can get some.

Also trying to interface my 4210 & 498 via the 183 - no luck yet ! Do you realize how many wrong connections you can make with this many wires !?!? Shocked

The low cost fuel flow sensors seem to be basically the same technology--and not as accurate under one gallon an hour. For me (on the 25 and Tom Cat, it has averaged out to be close on the fill up to fill up fuel (Lowarnace and Navman use similar flow meters).
