What??? This is a great boat that is well cared for by a great couple! Why the sale Joe and Ruthie? Tell me you are planning to get a different boat and still show up at CBGTs! I'd hate to see you two w/o a boat! _________________ Roger on Meant to be |

WOW! You got my attention with the title of this thread! I hope that the sale is only because you got a great deal on a larger C-Dory or Ranger! _________________ Dave S.

Wow is right! This one sure smacked me upalongside the head. We'll give it a day for all the comments, and then I'll split all this type of replies off to a new thread of their own. Or not - whatever it takes. Sorry, Ruth and Joe. You folks mean to much to all of us to just let this one slide by. _________________ TyBoo Mike

It better be a GOOD secret (e.g. with a good outcome) or I'm gonna beat you over the head with one of those "for sale" signs you post at properties you sell ( I can't be mad at Joe or Ruthie so I'd have to take it out on you!).

Well...for those of you looking for a 19, allow me to make this little sales pitch.
You will find no 19 anywhere, at any price, that comes with as much good karma. And they're not even charging extra for it. _________________ Will, C-Brat Nerd |

They joined the circus
No, but just as cool. It will be good news all the way around!
I guess we will have to wait until morning to have Ruth and Joe to explain.

BTW - I have 3 of those crappy, line grabbing, fish losing pro-releases that amateurs like you use in a bag in the garage with your name on them. You want to trade for 3 new Scotty clips? |

wish you would have told me sooner. I tied all my scotty self releaseing none line hold p.o.s. clips to my least favorite cannon ball and pushed it over the side last year. sorry no scottys on my boat left. some one did bring on on board but we went crabing and he never came back. got lots of crab that day. |

Ruth and Joe – you even got my attention and I can’t let this go without comment. Of all the C-Brats I have met, you two are second to none. I hope whatever you do you always remain a C-Brat and I will always consider you as some of my best friends.
Once Ben and I finish the Marinaut and are ready for production, I will again become more involved with the C-Brats. And without the two of you at the CBGT’s it will not be the same.
Are you buying Tom’s boat? I know he wants a larger one.

You could hear the "HUH?" all the way across the country! Like all the others, we will anxiously be awaiting "the rest of the story."
We have cruised with Joe and Ruth and have high regard for them and their positive attitude. This boat has many special touches and has been cared for in the best way. Someone is going to get a very nice boat.
Now I just have to go find the jaw I dropped.
Best wishes,
Jim & Joan |
