OK Bill,

Glad to hear you're going to make. Somehow it wouldn't seem quite right if you didn't make it. Besides, you just have to review the progress on the new Da Nag. Shucks, this is a no-brainer.

My wife and I rolled/flew in this afternoon.

Look forward to seeing you.

I just want to say this about that. This CBC deal is something else. There were 35 people at the affair last year, and for this year there are more than that signed up, and several not on the list who I am sure will be there. It is really quite amazing. Where else but in this Pub could we round up such a crowd of people who want to go somewhere without their boats and attend a meeting without an agenda? There is nothing to do at this meeting. No chairman, no recording secretary, no mission statement, and no presentations. Yet everyone who attends will leave there with a great feeling about the experience. What a wonderful group to be associated with.

We are not staying at the Larkspur (driving in to the SBS tomorrow), but will be in the general vicinity this evening (dropping kid off in Renton for bowling). We'd love to join folks for pizza and beer if it is decided where folks are headed and we can get there...can somebody give us a call when you know where you all are going to land? My cell is 425-765-6606, Patty's is 425-443-7020.

I hope all you Friday nighters are having a good time, but save some energy for tomorrow!

I plan to hit the road around 5:00 am and head straight to the Larkspur. There I'm going to meet up with a couple of other CBers and head on out to the SBS.

Look out, Seattle!!

It's obvious that those of you that have checked in are having so much fun, that you're not taking the time to tell those of us unable to be with you what's happening on the computer. Sad

Just wishing we were there..... Smile

Well, we are not staying there, but went in last evening and met up with the folks staying there, and we all went out for pizza and beer at Round Table, a very pleasant start!

Well we made it home safe and sound and now hope for the same for everyone elses travel. It was a great gig with folks from five states attending, and all because we own it a little boat. Unbelievable that so many will come from so for for so little. Rekindles my faith in the human spirit. For all thoses that made the trip and added to the fun, Thank You. For those that couldn't, I'm sorry you had to miss it. But there's always next year.

Thanks everyone.

Yep - it was another good one. I reckon at least 50 people made it around to the CBC. The staff at the Hilton started us late and shut us down early, but the time we had was excellent. (We really missed Chivita Dave. But we are still very grateful for his part in starting the tradition and for his arranging the special rates for us this year.)

I see Robbin (thank you very much!) has already posted a bunch of pictures in the event album. I, of course, didn't take a camera. But several others did, so more pictures should be posted soon.

There won't be any pictures of me riding the Segway at the SBS, however. After I talked the guy who owned it into letting me ride down to the CD display so someone could see me, there wasn't a soul around with a camera. The only time all day the CB booth was not full of CB people. Wouldn't you know it.

Lots of friends. It still amazes me. Thanks to all who were able to be a part of it.
