I'm thinking about making some sort of rod holder and attaching it to the rear of the cabin (outside in the cockpit) for fishing rods, net , etc
any ideas or photos would be great

Look in our "Projects" album and see the pic of a custom made rack on the starboard side of the cabin door. You could just as easily mount a ready made one there. Works good. When we're actually fishing, we use the rocket launchers on the radar arch to store rods.

I was thinking about doing it in wood but I do have some aluminum tubing kicking around
