Hello,
Now into 5th month with C-dory 22.
My wife is doing a contract nursing job in Lake Havasu City and I'm thinking of trailering the boat down from Bismarck ND. Does anyone have any thoughts on the wisdom of having a boat in LHC during the winter months...we have never been down there or on the Colorado river.
thanks...raining and 45 degrees in Bismarck |

Hi,
Lake Havasu is great in the winter. Not too hot, not too many speed boats, not too many jet skiis, not too many drunks!
You can expect clear air, empty coves, beautiful mountain scenery, and some strong desert winds. Its cool at night and warm in the daytime. Check on the C-Dogs site for some Lake Havasu and Lake Mohave(the next lake north) threads. _________________ Larry H
