If your tired of spending to much time trying to get the right edge on your filleting knifes, give this Aladdin a try. I bought it at Englunds Marine for under $5 bucks and it works great. They say 4 or 5 swipes through it and you'll have a very sharp knife. I tried it with the crappiest knife I had and 4 swipes later I couldn't believe how sharp it was.
