I missed that note in his reply...he is the original owner and they should make full payment for the repair. Anything short of that is completely unacceptable.

The fact that they have given him the excuses to try to absolve responsibility and said they will make a "contribution" demonstrates the continued decline in the brand equity. I sure hope there is an acceptable resolution and I hope I am proven wrong.

It is painful and frustrating to read this if the details are indeed accurate. I hate to say it but a Spade is a Spade.
