I think, sometimes, you have to change the perspective... see that house through the eyes of a perspective buyer, and you see all the things that drew you to it originally. Spruce it up some, and it's even more appealing!

Warren,
Glad to hear you'll be around the PNW for a while. It's great in the summer and you can make the trip to SLC to see the kids and still be here for some great boating. I'm quit envious of your trip down the Baja. Sounds like a fabulous trip.
Hope things are and stay settled for you for a while.
