Keep checking, Steve. My Home Depot has it occasionally. Especially this time of the year.

Steve-
The Home Depot in Oxnard has the KleanHeat. The Low's store in Ventura has the K1 Kerosene. Both are made by Klean Strip, both burn good in my Wallas. _________________ Roger

Thanks Roger, I'll be in Camarillo for awhile tomorrow, I'll pick some up in Oxnard. THEN, I'll have to get a Wallas to be able to burn it...

I don't know about the Klen Heat, but California Home Depots do not carry Tyboo Mike's Phoney Plastic Wood, either!
Of course, it doesn't rain 363.5 days a year in California, either, so wooden facia boards don't turn green with mold two weeks after installation!

I gots one of those one burner Wallas jobbies that burns paint thinner but the real reaon I'm chiming in here is to ask about the blower fan in the lid. What's the best pitch for than fan blade? Mine seems to be over revving, should I swap it out for one with more pitch? _________________ Ken

Don't have a Wallas YET, but read someone else's fan came loose from the shaft, caused it to stop. Sure it's the fan overreving and not the motor??

Don't know, but stand clear when the fecal matter hits it! (Could always try one with more blades.... ) _________________ Dave S.

Can't you just BEND the blades to get more pitch, or is it another synthetic phony fan bladed substitute contraption made out of re-arranged polymerized hydrocarbons by the petrochemical whiz-kids?
Come to think of it, I wonder why there isn't a Wallas Owners Website?
Members would probably have to write in Finnish, Sweedish, or Norwegian and have a suitable handle like "Lusty Laplander". Membership would be divided by battle lines drawn between those that use 1) pure kerosene, 2) diesel, 3) synthetics (Klean Heat, Polish Polymer Petrol (same as Klean Heat, but with a left-handed molecule), and other heretic fuels. The logo could be a photo of Karl smiling knowingly and clutching fistfuls of $100 bills superimposed on a wiring diagram of the 125DU. It could have a boarder of question marks alternatiing with CD-22's with ice cycles haning down from the roofs and the name "S.O.L." emblazened on the sides.

Dan-
Yup, forgot those babies, the knife and the....uh.....HAMMER!!!
Remember those funny little lathe turned hammers with the screwdrivers inside the handle in the hidden compartment?
We could put the knife inside the little sledge-hammer and call it THE WALLAS SLAMMER.
Should put them in a little Red and glass case on the front of the stove with a sign:
"IN CASE OF NO FIRE BREAK GLASS" (and)
"CAUTION: USE OF THE SLAMMER CAN BE HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH"

Boy you guys sure know how to make a newbie Wallas owner feel good --slammers, hammers, screwdrivers, knives -- all to 'tune up' your Wallas...! Great, just bought the last few Klean Heat gallons Home Depot had yesterday. Today, I followed up by ordering a Wallas 1300 heater. Which implement should I use if NO HEAT!
