OK, FINALLY got to calculate mileage on a significant distance for the CD 25 / Honda 150 / ProPulse 4 blade 14.5" set at 15 pitch, and all cruising at 3500 RPM (or less, in no wake zones). Everett to LaConner and back, with a day trip out to Hat Island - total 107 miles. Filled 'er up, 28.25 gallons...by me that is 3.78 mpg...SO much better than the 2.5 mpg I was getting with the 3 blade stainless 14.5" x 15 pitch. At 3500 RPM, doing 13 - 16 mph with this prop. I think this is the right combo.
