install completed today. no surprises, went relatively smooth. anyone interested in seeing finished product can check out pictures in my album. if i decide to sell the boat the original alcohol stove would go with it and if the new owner wanted to replace the electric cooptop for the alcohol stove, the entire swap out should take less than an our.

Mt wife, who doesn't speak boat, loves the electric two burner - of course we are plugged in at the dock... I am adding a gimbal propane unit that clamps to the cockpit rail, for when we finally get to go cruising...
