OK, I have just put up Pat's C-Dory Collage #2 here. And before anybody gets too funny, I KNOW that there is a typo (or maybe not...) "Now joint the fun" was SUPPOSED to be "Now join the fun." I guess we could joint the fun, or fun the joint, or whatever. I was going to delete it and post a corrected one, but no way to delete. I will correct the text (or not, according to your wishes!)Anyway, collage #1 is 3' x 2', while collage #2 is 4' x 3' ... ![Xmas Naughty](images/smiles/xmasnaughty.gif) _________________

Pat,
Ya done good, guy! That's great and looks even better in PS when blown up.
Gold star and have a cool one on Christmas eve with the old duster.

OK, there evidently will be two collages, which are winging their way to me FedEx from Pleasant Hill as I type this. One is Pat's #2 which is 3' x4' and the other is Bill's with the newly-added text, which is 3' by a whopping 64 inches. Not sure how I am going to get them to C-Dory or the Boat Show but will by Saturday for sure if not Friday...

Pat I really like your corrected version of your collage. it says good things abbout C-Dory ,to make the factory happy and is a great ad for C-Brats too. If Bill can make that work it has my vote. Time is starting to get short. _________________ Commodore Jim & Adm. Laurie

OK - I deleted my old one, and added it back with text. Sorry, no time for feedback on the text, had to get things in the mail to Pat.
Both Pat's and mine turned out pretty nice, print quality-wise. They are BIG - Pat's is 36 x 48, mine is 36 x 64. Both look great from a couple feet away. If you get right up to them, you can see just a bit of grain in some of the photos.
The paper is a little thin, I couldn't convince the engineers at work to put in the nice heavy photo paper - in sheet form on these big plotters, it costs about $20 a foot. It was already a stretch plotting these out using our "incidental use" guidelines here at work - they took about an hour each...
Have fun, folks - wish I were going to be joining you. |

How 'bout someone taking a few photo's of the collage display for those of us who won't have the opportunity to attend? Our regards to all the C-Brats and also Scott Reynolds! _________________

Just saw the collages for the first time, and wow! They're outstanding!
Pat and Bill included tons of shiny C-Dorys and their happy, freshly scrubbed owners. Bet no other dealer will feature such coolness.
I know they'll be a big attraction at the show, and serve to enlighten neophytes to the wise ways of the C-People.
