Kudos on the new tig and the work your doing with it. I'm so jealous of your nice tools. Those welds are fantastic looking. I love what you did with the 90 deg. angles. The tig welds make them look really seamless. I could never pull that off working with steel or aluminum. The welds would be way to noticeable. Can't wait see how your project turns out. In my opinion the best part of the C-Brats site is the custom mods that people post. Very interesting and Inspiring. |

Thankyou kind folks!
WC.... funny! I like that ... at this point, I'd ask ya to bring it over, can't get enough of this new machine ---- wahooo!! only thing that makes me cringe is the expense of the argon... it goes too quick, (I think) even with that larger bottle. I ordered there "Pyrex cup kit" and that apparatus comes with there "gas saver" thingy...
I have more to come - changed designs on the mountings lately, so I have to go get more pipe @ over 6$ a foot.
You should see some of the "welds" I did last night! I think I'm nearing "surgeon status" now .... hehehehe hang in there, ya'll will see my concept of what my "computer" (the one that came from the "Good Lord") dreamt-up for what I needed for a "hard-top" This is gettin expensive!
