The aforementioned 16 foot Angler named Navicula has been sold. She was parked in my driveway with a "for sale" sign for four days before I recieved a full price offer. The new owner drove her away this afternoon.
BTW... the new owner had to have it appraised in order to get a bank loan. It came in substantially higher than the asking price... up over $10K. I present this info as a heads up for anybody looking at NADA to establish their selling price. |
