Lewmar is Closing Out Older Model Windlasses on ebay.

The have the Horizon 400, Horizon 600, and Sprint 1000 models on auction now. There's a total of 12, and there may be more coming, so the increased volume along with the regular offerings may make for some relative bargains. Plus buying from the manufacturer, you should get a decent warranty.

I'd personally not recommend the Horizon 400, as it has a plastic gypsy that wears out prematurely and costs a lot to replace ($150+, as I remember).
