hi all
We've been looking at new tenders for our 22' c-dory
and like the look of the alaska series 240
does anybody know do we purchase direct from the alaska or are
there dealers in the pnw?

I bought my Alaska Series 240 from Jim King at the 06 SBS. He told me it would be shipped to Inflatable Boat Works. I found working with IBW to be a sub-optimal experience. It's a good dink but be prepared to deal with a dealer that doesn't have its act together.

I have to agree with you. We initially went into "the store" to place our order but they were not able to answer several questions we had.
We called Jim and placed our order directly with him. Everything went smoothly, until we had to try and pick it up at "the store". Anyway, we did get our boat and are very happy with it.

Buy your Alaska Series at the 07 SBS right from Jim King - you will take delivery at a dealer but that is all. Jim's email is jim_king@hotmail.com, and he answer emails, very helpful.
