We are looking forward to hosting the 3rd B'Ham CBGT in August 2008. The Visitors P Dock (Gate 9) has been reserved for the dates of Friday August 15 (1pm) to Sunday August 17 (1pm). Also, the Squalicum Harbor Yacht Club is available for the potluck Saturday August 16.
So anyone that's been with Rogerbum all that week at Neah Bay, you can just come on over to B'Ham and we'll help you eat that salmon

I'll try to concentrate the activities at Neah Bay to the previous weekend but after spending a week out there, I won't be able to make it to Bellingham - I'll be spending the day of Sun Aug. 17th, cleaning the fish blood and scales off the boat. However, if you have a grill available up there, we might find a way to send a king salmon or two up that away. _________________ Roger on Meant to be |

My luck at getting C-Run to the Bellingham gathering is not improving. Bummer. This is the weekend of the Monterey Historics races, and since I am the chief crew member, (read "polisher") I will be in California getting Speedshine under my fingernails, and cheering on my favorite driver.

It's a bit far out to say for sure, but, Deena and I are looking forward to a full season of boating next summer. And, more importantly for the folks at the B'ham CBGT, we are just along side hiway 101, and if Rogerbum wants to drop one of those salmon off here we will make sure it gets to B'Ham for the group there. I'd like to be out with him learning to catch them, than working, but if I work I might be able to get the weekend off to be at B'ham. We will keep watch on both of those tracks.

Ruth & Joe - I wouldn’t miss your gathering for anything. I also plan on making the Neah Bay gathering. It’s early so have lots of time to plan for both. Trying to make both by boating from Olympia may be too much, so I am kind of thinking of towing C-Voyager to Bellingham then going to Neah Bay by boat, then back to BH for the that gathering. Then tow the boat back to Olympia.
You have no idea what kind of sacrifice I will be making to actually go through Seattle. Maybe I can sneak through there 3 AM in the morning.

Hey Dave,
You could avoid Seattle by trailering to Sequim, launch at John Wayne and go out to Neah Bay, then to Bellingham, and back to John Wayne by boat, Same water miles , Same water Smiles , no Seattle traffic . Maybe we can convoy to B'ham and back.
BTW, I know how you feel, I think I'm alergic too.
