Hi Brats,
I just finished cleaning out the garage and have a deal for some lucky brats.
I have, unused of course, seven feet of white KeelGuard in the original package free, plus shipping, available to the first respondent. I intended to put it on Valkyrie but then had bottom paint applied before I thought to install the KeelGuard. My loss, your gain.
Next, I have a high-intensity (halogen, I think), goose neck chart light. I had it installed on the port side dash, but replaced it when we went to LED lights in the cabin. It's a nice light. Free, plus shipping.
Let me know who is interested.
Regards,
Nick

If I'm first, I'd like to have them Nick.
Thanks.

Nick, c-bull can have the keel guard, I need the light more. Was going to give the guard to Jack from Fairbanks when he picks his 22 up on Nov 1 here anyway. I've got two hulls now on my TC255, one wouldn't do me!

C-Bull gets the KeelGuard and Charlie gets the light.
Charlie, I thought the KeelGuard would only be half of what you would now need! Besides, if you put it on only one side, you'd probably go in circles!
C-Bull - I'll be in Beaufort, St. Helena Island actually, helping my in-laws with some work around the house late next week. Do you want to meet somewhere or have me ship it?
Send shipping info guys. PM or email would be fine.
Nick

Charlie -
I too was considering the keel guards for my TomCat, until I read the fine print and entries on some other boating sites. The keel guards can get knocked loose, or torn loose if there is much weight on them as you load the boat on the trailer. The TomCat puts huge loads right on those front hull areas upon loading, so I was afraid that would work the keel guards loose and maybe even make the TomCat tougher to load if they were less slippery than the hull.

Keeping it going, I have all the seat hardware that was removed from the helm seat on our 25 if anyone needs it. The rails, clamp and seat swivel. This stuff is probably the same across models.

I have a brand new, never installed 25 gal. Poly fuel tank which fits the newer 22 cruiser. Free to whoever can pick it up in the Seattle area within the next week or so. It is for the starboard side I believe. Mike. |

Yes, you are!
I talked with Cbull last night and will ship both items to both guys next week when we get back from the lake - last cruise of the season it looks like.
Lake Erie perch are biting like crazy and we plan to load up on them tomorrow. Then we'll run over to Kelley's Island and spend the night there. Monday will just be cruising the south shore of the lake and Monday will be spent at another one of the Bass Islands, weather permitting. Pretty stiff south winds are the norm this time of year. Thirty to forty MPH is not unusual. Tuesday it's back to the marina and then home.
I'll probably get in one more fishing day before we pull the boat for the season. THEN - heading to FL in March for 4-6 weeks of cruising!
Nick
