Has anybody done some cruising on this lake? Would appreciate info about good launch ramps, places to leave truck and trailer, and how you would rate this lake as a cruise. Thanks _________________ El and Bill (former live-aboards)

Hi El & Bill,
I grew up in that part of the world. For years my parents kept thier boats moored at the Balfour Bay Resort. It is a central location on the West Arm and about 1/2 mile off the main lake. My father (Bill) is the best source of info he can be reached at 1-250- 368-6536 and would be happy to help. He's not exactly computer literate but has spent years on the lake. Enjoy your visit.

Glen --
Thanks for the info -- we'll be contacting your Dad if we decide to head northerly after the Pend d'Oreille cruise. |
