Now that at least 20 C-Dory owners have or will have vertical sliding door windows installed in there boats have any of you thought of installing the old window in the door below the new sliding window? I have measured it and it will fit nicely and I don’t see any structural problems. I just hate to waste the old window and I think that it would give a better view out the back with the door closed. Any thoughts? (other than it's one more curtain to make.)

If you build a little frame for it to take the curve out of the roof, you could also have a sunlight! _________________ Roger on Meant to be |

Larry K-
Sounds fine to me if you want to do it.
Will afford a look into the cockpit, not to the rear behind the boat, though.

Hmmm...wonder if I could install it in the bottom of the boat? Nah....Chesapeake is too muddy, nothing to look at.

I hadn't thought about it (but as I wait to see the new window being delivered today).....I'll have to give the two-window option more than a little thought!!
