I just got home from the C-dory Factory with my repaired floor board incerts. I had a couple of small chips in the gelcoat and the rubber strips on the underside needed to be replaced. I dropped them off and Gene said they would be done within a week. As you can imagine the shop is full of new C-dory's wall to wall. It is indeed a pleasure to have such great service in such a short time. When I asked what do I owe you, the answer was nothing, just call us any time you need some help. What a pleasure to deal with a company that truely does back up what they sell. It is no wonder that they are building so may new C-dory's. This is just one example of the great service I have always recieved from Scot and the gang. A very happy C-dory owner, Big Mac. |

I like reading posts like that. They've been nothing but great to me, too. |

Chivita's experience echos your's Big Mac. I took her in for her first tune up and told Gene that the fridge was the only thing that we were unhappy with (mounting flange broke). Gene offered to replace the fridge but we declined as we decided we didn't need it, so instead he installed a shelf and door where the fridge had been. Also fixed a scrape on the hull. Tune up was the only thing we were charged for!

Just another reason to own a C-Dory right, the good folks at the factory have Shearwater done.............. Transom is fixed and they did some minor repair to the v-berth bulkhead. Delivered on time as promised and at a very reasonable price, what more could you ask for.
Driving up Monday to bring her home

I totally agree with the comments regarding the staff at c-dory, I stopped by last week because I was unable to locate the correct wiper blade for my 1991 16' cruiser, the young gentleman I spoke to, I believe his name was Buck, went out of his way to help locate one and then took the time to show me around and also to explain the various new models, pretty impressive for just coming in of the street. |

I just got home from the factory with my boat. Needed some repairs! I sure appreciate the willingness of the factory in doing those repairs. Don't get that kind of service very often these days!! |

Stopped by the Kent factory today to purchase a set of cabinet hinges. Scot (President) came out to say hi, remembered our names and seemed to honestly want to make sure all was well with our boat. Doubt there are many company leaders nowadays that show that level of service. While he was checking on us, another gentleman found us a set of hinges and then refused to accept any payment.
Wish we received that type of customer service from more companies! |
