C-Dory Vessel Makes News - Everett Herald

Todays, (Monday, December 4, 2006), "Local" section of the Everett Herald newspaper in Everett, Washington features a picture of a C-Dory at the Marine Park and Boat Launch in Everett.

(Perhaps, someone more computer savy than I can post the picture and article on this thread.)

The caption under the photo says........

"Logan Day helps his twin brother Parker Day get untangled from the dog leashes wrapped around him as older brother Dalton, assists on the dock at the Marine Park and Boat Launch in Everett recently. The Days took dogs Chipper and Hoagy on their boat for a day fishing. Their father Jeff says the family goes boating in the Puget Sound almost every week".

That is who I thought it was, but just wasn't certain. Since, you have confessed that it is your vessel and crew, I figure that you have to purchase ice cream for all of us... Laughing

(In the fire service, if you make the news, you have to purchase ice cream for your "brothers and sisters"!) (Since it is the holiday season, please make mine peppermint stick ice cream.... Laughing

Dave-The Days are the fine folks that we sold Miss Mirth to several months back. they are the people who, besides catching a boatload of fish, towed a vessel in distress a couple of weeks ago. I still owe you peppermint ice cream. Enjoy.

Must be fast on changing their articles, appears to already be gone at 7:55pm. I even tried searching on "Logan day", notta. Maybe I need to be a "local" to read it???

Steve, I just clicked on Bill's highlight of it and it is still on the board. After the local section appears "arrow" your screen towards the right and the picture and article will come into view.
