Hey Dave, THANKS for fixing that photo!

In response to the e-mails I have received, I want to be clear about what and why... So, first let me say that we both LOVE this boat -- and while we DO enjoy going out on her, the experience is often somewhat wearing on Lynn. I would rather spend time doing something that we can both enjoy.

But we do love this boat! I thought she was a very good choice when I ordered her and feel even stronger after ownership. With great information from both Les and this board I was able to order the boat with a good choice of options and accessories.

The sale does not include a trailer or canvas. Since I do not have a place to park the boat, I decided to not order a trailer and simply keep her at Twin Bridges where she would be warm and dry -- and safe.

Last time I checked the engine hour meter had around 80 hours on her.

The price of $43,000 represents a substantial loss for the 15 months of ownership. While I would like to ask a little more, I would rather sell the boat by pricing it correctly.

Thanks,
Corwin

As another C-Dory owner who keeps our boat at Twin Bridges, I can vouch that this is a beautiful boat. The teak rails are really a nice touch and the boat is in like-new condition, I just saw it two weeks ago. I can't imagine this boat being available for long.

Peter

Hey, thanks Peter!

Showed the boat yesterday to a nice couple from the Seattle area. On our way back in I had him check the hour meter and found that the boat has 71 hours on her -- not 80 as stated above. And yes, the boat is still available at this time.

Thanks,
Corwin

Three topics to mention today:

The boat also comes equipped with a Raymarine Ray54 VHF radio. I simply forgot to include this on the original ad.

Just came back from Twin Bridges where they asked if I was letting people know that they would allow any buyer to continue to moore/store the boat by continuing the current lease. They thought that this would be a selling point, as they otherwise no longer have space available. I couldn't agree more -- their facility has proved to be a terrific place to keep the boat! Oh, and the price there is $240/mo.

And the other topic is in response to the many inquires that asked how much a trailer would cost. Well, I asked two local businesses today and found that $3895 will get you a brand spanking new trailer with electric brakes and tandem wheels from one of them -- the other offered a price range of $3900 to $4800. If I were buying, I would check around further. But this at least provides a ballpark price for a NEW trailer.
