Bouy 10 has been pretty dissapointing for many people this year. The fish are there but not biting very well for some reason. Many theories, little answers. However it has picked up a bit and some people have done ok. I think most the action has been on the washington side by the astoria bridge. If you can get out in the ocean the fishing has been decent. We fished from 3-10 miles south of the CR bouy and picked up our limit (4 coho) two weekends ago. First two fish came within 10 minutes. Then we had to pick our way through natives and long line releases. Good luck if you go. |

Durned if I know, Richard. I haven't spent but three hours fishing salmon this whole season. I am hoping to get in one good day soon, but it doesn't look promising. _________________ TyBoo Mike
